To establish an estimated cost against project tasks and activities that feed into the subsequent Cost Management processes, the Project Manager should first understand what’s involved in predicting quantity, cost, & price of resources.

Feedback and evaluation of your Prototype space can help the Project Working Group identify areas for improvement and ultimately help realize the project goals more efficiently.
Gathering feedback involves collecting and analyzing information about the prototypes features, characteristics, and restraints.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of how asking for feedback on the prototype space can help build a meaningful evaluation approach and report detailed feedback back into the business.
